We are entering one of the most sacred & liminal times of the year.

Do you feel the magic?

Or do you get lost in the stress that this season can bring?

Financial pressure.
Family strain.
Loneliness.
Grief.
Weariness.
Too much noise.

And still, something in you longs for meaning.

I’d like to introduce you to a tradition you can easily add to your journey through the holiday season, making it a more meaningful time for you and your family.

If this speaks to you, then please read on

From sunset on December 24th to sunset on January 6th is a window of time.

An incredibly magical period of time when the opportunity for connection with spirit is stronger than at any other time of the year. Earthly energies soften, as if we are granted a more direct connection with spirit, allowing the personal mind and everyday concerns to rest.

Introducing The 13 Holy Nights

A simple practice you can gently weave into your holiday season, one that adds depth and meaning to the holiest time of the year.

The 13 Holy Nights invite you to slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters.

This quiet, intentional practice can bring more joy, hope, peace, connection, and warmth to your entire holiday season.

Hi, I’m Barb Brown.
I was first introduced to the 13 Holy Nights in 2011, and I’ve been practicing this beautiful ritual ever since.

This yearly practice has deepened my experience of the Christmas season in a more meaningful and spiritual way. It has also become a gentle way to set intentions for the year ahead.

I’m honored to share this practice with you through this self-paced experience.

Are you wondering where the joy in the season has gone?

Do you long for a more meaningful experience?

Are you ready for a reset in the coming year?

From December 24 through January 6, the veil thins.

The 13 Holy Nights offer a sacred window, a time to turn inward, listen deeply, and plant the seeds for the year to come.

When you recognize this as a powerful threshold, spirit can meet you more directly.
Insights arrive more easily. Inner wisdom speaks more clearly.

All that is required is receptivity,
a willingness to pause and receive the imprint of this holy time.

In this self-paced program, I share an overview of the Holy Nights and offer suggestions for simple supplies and materials to support you as you record and receive guidance from your inner wisdom.

During the Holy Nights, I also send gentle daily reminders and remain available to answer questions and guide you along the way.

I know you will enjoy learning about this tradition, giving it a try, and making it your own. There is no right or wrong way to experience the Holy Nights, I am simply sharing the basics to help you begin. Over time, my own approach has evolved, and I trust yours will too.

The Holy Nights is a sacred and spiritual practice I look forward to all year long because I review my Holy Nights journal on a monthly basis. Each night of the 13 Holy Nights represents a month of the year to set intentions for.

If you feel called, you can find out more by signing up below. I’d love to share this beautifully simple practice with you.

This program is designed to:

  • Introduce you to the Holy Nights tradition
  • Give you permission to set boundaries, slow down, and take time for yourself during the holiday season
  • Help you dive deeper within yourself and get to know yourself more intimately
  • Show you a spiritual ritual that is inspiring and hopeful

This can be a challenging time of year for so many. The Holy Nights practice offers a way to slow down, listen inward, and experience this season more deeply. You don’t have to struggle alone.

I invite you to join me for the Holy Nights and make space for something meaningful, gentle, and true. Are you ready to create a new tradition?

It is the darkest time of the year, a season when the nights are long, and the outer world grows quiet.

Depending on where you live, the days may feel short, the weather harsh, and the pace of life heavy.

And yet…
darkness is not empty. It is waiting for the light.

The light you are seeking does not live outside of you.
It lives within.

Will you go within and see?

“In the dark of winter, there is a call to fall into the well of origin, to rest in deep silence, to listen to the mystery. What rises? A palpable living presence reveals new currents and creative expression blossoming into the waking dream we call our life. This process of discovery wholeheartedly awakens new ways of participating.” Susan Harper
